During my visit, I was particularly taken by the tacos de lengua. The slow-cooked beef tongue was incredibly tender, accented by fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime. The chiles en nogada were a highlight as well, showcasing a perfect balance of sweet and savory that left my palate dancing with joy.

Very clean. ordered a veggie burrito supreme. Had a hard time explaining I wanted whole beans. She gave me refried. I even said "solomente" and pointed to the whole frijoles. so other than language barrier, it's clean and organized. Would definitely go back next time I'm in area.

If your looking for a Wholefoods atmosphere look elsewhere. if your looking for a down home feel this is the spot for you. The employees are professional and friendly. The hot food is delicious and IMHO they make the best handmade tortillas in the Bay. Period! I will have to say the Tamales fall very short, they are mostly masa and not worth the money so avoid them and get everything else.
